… Hay algo en esos rayos brilladores

que juegan por la atmósfera azulada,

que me habla de ternuras y de amores

de una dicha pasada,

y el viento al suspirar entre las cuerdas,

parece que me dice: « ¿no te acuerdas?»

                                                                                  Vuelta a la Patria.

   There is something in these brilliant raysplaying

in the blue atmosphere.

They speak to me of tenderness and love,

of old happy memories,

while the wind whispering among the ropes

seems to say: “Do you remember?”
