This museum is dedicated to the Brontë’s sisters and family.

Charlotte (21 April 1816 – 31 March 1855), Emily (30 July 1818 – 19 December 1848) and Anne (17 January 1820 – 28 May 1849) were important novelists of the Romanticism and their influence continue now a days.The place has information about their lives and novels, storytelling for children, art&craft activities, shop and special drama performances with scenes from Jane Eyre performed throughout the day in the Parsonage garden. All events are free on payment.

The Bronte Society is open to everyone to join. It is one of the oldest literary societies in the English speaking world and it is always looking for new members to join and help support its important work preserving the museum and library collections for future generations.

Este museo está dedicado a las hermanas Brontë y a su familia.

Charlotte (21 de abril de 1816 -31 de marzo de 1855), Emily (30 de julio de 1818 - 19 de diciembre de 1848) y Anne (17 de enero de 1820 - 28de mayo de 1849) fueron importantes novelistas de la época Romántica y su influencia está hoy más presente que nunca.El lugar contiene información sobre sus vidas y novelas, actividades para niños (cuentos, manualidades…), tienda y actuaciones teatrales con representaciones de escenas de Jane Eyre en el jardín de la casa. Todos los eventos son gratuitos.

La Bronte Society está abierta a todos los que deseen unirse. Es una de las sociedades literarias más antiguas del mundo anglosajón y siempre está buscando nuevos miembros que ayuden en su importante trabajo de preservar el museo y las colecciones de la biblioteca para futuras generaciones.
