A panel of leading businesswomen are to discuss the subject of authenticity at a live event on Monday 25 January 2016. The event is hosted by London-based diversity and inclusion consultancy Voice At The Table whose primary focus is to support and represent women at all stages of their career.

The event is taking place at law firm Addleshaw Goddard, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4AG, beginning at 6:00PM and finishing at 9:00PM.

The discussion will be led by six prestigious female experts, and moderated by expert leadership trainer and CEO of business leadership development firm LeaderShape Greg Young.

With a foundation of Executive and board-level experience, LeaderShape works with senior management to develop leadership skills, and also offers bespoke programmes for entire organisations to nurture leadership potential and maturity in the long term.

Greg worked for 15 years in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors before switching to position as CEO at a telecommunications firm. Through this experience, he has built up a wealth of practice experience and expertise in developing and coaching individuals and teams, and has a keen interest in ensuring that women are given equal opportunities to achieve their potential in a professional environment.

Vanessa Vallely, founder of leading women’s network WeAreTheCity.

Kathryn Flett, TV star and author.

Kaela Fenn-Smith, Head of Commercial from Land Securities, the UK’s largest commercial property company.

Amanda Gill of Deutsche Bank, a worldwide banking and financial services company.

Clarissa Coleman, partner at Addleshaw Goddard, the international law firm.

Founder and Managing Director of Voice At The Table, Rina Goldenberg Lynch, spoke of her excitement for the upcoming event, “I am delighted that leading lights of the corporate world are able to reveal their views on authenticity and its place and importance in the workplace.

“Greg’s experience and expertise gives him a unique view of the challenges affecting both female and male executives at corporate organisations, making him an ideal moderator for our panel.

“The event will give attendees the opportunity to learn about the shift from collaborative leadership to purposeful management and leadership, and explain the ways in which they can gain a positive advantage.”

Voice At The Table runs workshops, presentations, coaching and mentoring focussed on three key areas: confidence, resilience and initiative. The company also helps organisations to better deploy diversity and inclusion resources through its consulting services.

There are typically between three and six events held each month and are run by one of Voice At The Table’s experienced team of associates, trainers and facilitators or include a panel of experts.
