A panel of leading businesswomen are to discuss the subject of authenticity at a live event on Monday 25 January 2016. The event is hosted by London-based diversity and inclusion consultancy Voice At The Table whose primary focus is to support and represent women at all stages of their career.

The event is taking place at law firm Addleshaw Goddard, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4AG, beginning at 6:00PM and finishing at 9:00PM.

The discussion will be led by six prestigious experts including Clarissa Coleman, partner at the host venue, Addleshaw Goddard.

Clarissa has had a successful career in law, having joined Addleshaw Goddard in 2011. A successful litigator, Clarissa has settled a number of high profile, multi-million pound corporate cases during her time at the international law firm. Clarissa is a qualified solicitor-advocate with full rights of audience in the higher courts of England and Wales.

The panel will also include:

Kathryn Flett, TV star and author.

Vanessa Vallely, motivational speaker and founder of WeAreTheCity, a leading women’s network, job board and website in the UK and India.

Kaela Fenn-Smith, Head of Commercial at Land Securities.

Amanda Gill of Deutsche Bank, a worldwide banking and financial services company.

Moderating the discussion is Greg Young, co-founder and CEO of LeaderShape Ltd a leading business leadership development firm.

Founder and Managing Director of Voice At The Table and former lawyer, Rina Goldenberg Lynch, spoke of her excitement for the upcoming event, “I would firstly like to thank Addleshaw Goddard for kindly hosting our live forum and I am delighted that leading lights of the corporate world will be revealing their views on authenticity and its place and importance in the workplace.”

Voice At The Table runs workshops, presentations, coaching and mentoring focussed on three key areas: confidence, resilience and initiative. The company also helps organisations to better deploy diversity and inclusion resources through its consulting services.

There are typically between three and six events held each month and are run by one of Voice At The Table’s experienced team of associates, trainers and facilitators or include a panel of experts.
