DATA CENTER M&A AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES TO HIGHLIGHT DISCUSSION AT LONDON FORUM
London, 10 December – Leading international players will gather in London on 21 January, 2016 for the annualFinance and Investment Forum for Data Center, Hosting and Cloud.
Characterized by a mix of expert speakers and impressive content, and referred to as “the Davos for Data Centers”, the forum which next year will be the 9th in the annual series, is set to focus on the sustained development of this important segment.
The one-day international forum is attended by stakeholders and players including representatives from investors, finance, private equity, hedge funds, property specialists, legal counsel and others to assess data center, hosting and cloud, identify key opportunities emerging globally, the types of finance available, mergers and acquisitions, debt versus risk and mezzanine financing. Discussion will also cover the different types of funders, lessons from the US and Europe, and financial and business model assumptions.
