Hong Kong events. Quintessentially Lifestyle, the global private Members’ club, proudly presents the second annual “The Fayre of St. John’s” event – a Christmas carol spectacular set in the heart of Central. Taking place at the magnificent St John’s Cathedral on Tuesday 24th November 2015 from 18:00, the festive extravaganza is once again set to kick-start the holiday season, with a heart-warming evening of carols, and performances by some of the cities well-known faces – including celebrities Michele Reis, Lisa S, and Celina Jade.
All in aid of Maggie’s Caring Centre, the evening will begin with a reception in the garden at St John’s Cathedral where guests can enjoy warming mugs of mulled wine and delicious mince pies, followed by the star-studded carol concert. Back by popular demand, Hollywood actress and model Celina Jade will treat guests to a musical performance again this year, with Hong Kong Ballet’s prima ballerina Wu Fei Fei performing an extract from ballet Christmas favourite – The Nutcracker. Hong Kong actress Michele Reis and American supermodel and actress Lisa S. will also be performing a series of traditional readings. Adding to the mix, prominent businessman James Louey, Harrow International School Choir and The Maggie’s Centre Choir will also perform a series of heart-warming Christmas carols. Renowned director, producer, and TV host Sean Lee-Davies will also support the event as emcee for the evening.
Michele Reis commented, “I am honoured to be part of this year’s Fayre of St John’s event to help support the amazing work that Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centre does here in Hong Kong. Hearing about the success of The Fayre last year, I am thrilled to be involved and look forward to seeing everyone there – for what promises to be a magical evening for an extremely worthwhile cause.”
Following the concert guests are then cordially invited to join the ultimate Christmas-themed private after-party at Kee Club in Central, where the festivities will continue at the renowned private members club. Continuing to raise funds for Maggie’s, the after-party will also feature a live auction of exclusive luxury prizes.
Tickets are priced at HK$2500, with a limited number of VIP tickets priced at HK$8000, available to purchase by making a donation to Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centre – with all proceeds going directly to the charity.
