The Walking Dead season 6 is thrilling and creepy and full of surprises. What do you think? Do you like horror TV shows? How about getting scared? Actress Danai Gurira plays the role as Michonne. One of my favorite characters! However, she dislikes getting scared! Yareah quote of the day is by Gurira because we enjoy sincere people. She is authentic!
“I hate horror movies! I avoid them like the plague. I don’t like getting scared.” Danai Gurira.
The Walking Dead is an American horror drama television series developed by Frank Darabont, based on the comic book series of the same name by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard. The sixth season premiered on October 11, 2015. A companion series, Fear the Walking Dead, debuted on August 23, 2015. And on October 30, 2015, the series was renewed for a 16-episode seventh season to debut in October 2016. A success!
Michonne was voted #86 on IGN Top 100 Comic Book Heroes and Danai Gurira’s performance has been very well-received.
“A zombie apocalypse isn’t the most jovial situation.” Danai Gurira.
The Walking Dead season 6 finds Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne struggling to keep the Alexandria people safe and of course, teaching them how to survive.
Gurira began writing plays because she felt a need for “something to perform that actually kind of speaks to my strengths and speaks to women I know of and stories I think are important to tell”.
“Zimbabweans are so smart and witty and able to weave together tons of situations and experiences into terminologies that are just utterly original.” Danai Gurira.
