Castle season 8. Stana Katic as Kate Beckett

Castle season 8 is being really interesting. Today, top moments of Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion.

Castle season 8 episode 1, ‘XY.’

On Beckett’s first day as Captain of the 12th Precinct, Rick gives her a gorgeous diamond bracelet hidden in a cake. A very sweet detail!

Rick becoming increasingly desperate to find Beckett, turning to the incarcerated William Bracken for help. Love is love and Rick Castle is romantic to the end.

It was also fantastic to see the new decoration of Rick’s office. It’s full of funny details.

When we discover that Rita, the wife of Jackson Hunt and Castle’s stepmother, is a CIA agent.

Castle season 8 episode 2, ‘XX.’

Rita explaining her investigation into LOCKSAT. Then, she reveals that Bracken had a partner who used CIA assets to smuggle drugs into the country, using the proceeds to bankroll Bracken’s presidential campaign. Very thrilling!

To know (and see) Bracken killed in prison.

Castle season 8 episode 3, ‘PhDead.’

Alexis going undercover as a student at the Hudson University to help her father. It was absolutely funny to see a lecture by Rick!

The recreation of the Stanford Prison Experiment at the Hudson University.

And of course, the moment that Beckett split up Rick for his security. Very tender!

Castle season 8 episode 4, ‘What Lies Beneath…’

Dave Johnson is shot and killed in a church while praying for guidance.

What do you expect from episode 5? We’ll see it on October 19, 2015. Tell us your opinion!

Enjoy your day, Yareah friends. Art is everywhere and up to you!

This season would be more interesting if they were together and fighting against Becketts demons as husband and wife, don’t know where the writers thought this story line would be better to reset back to season 1. In my opinion and as I read other fans opinions they are wrong. Losing viewer ship and getting the closest ratings in the shows history bring Caskett back without all the writers spins and BS. Unfortunately the writers won’t read this. I tried and tweeted Hawley ,and Winter to no avail. So we will continue to see the actors mail their scenes in which causes me to think they don’ care either.

I totally agree with you Charles….the new writers are going backwards instead going forward with new beginnings. The chase needs to be changed KC needs to be chasing RC . And he needs to be a little bit of tough guy and not easily given in to the relationship. His character can have a good mix as being comical and tough guy….and yes they are losing the base base…I’m beginning to think with the new contract negotiations with Stana is that she will do as she wishes to pursue other ventures in career and making time for her marriage. Can’t blame her for that….she did state… before coming back she didn’t want to overcome the stay.

I agree with the others. This season could be really good, but I think it’s starting out pretty stupid. Kate leaves Rick, but then she sees him all the time – that’s silly. And Kate would more likely stay with Rick and they would work it out together. And that lady told her to walk away to keep her family safe. She has a beautiful family, she’s happy and she has a new job. I don’t think she would put them at risk. The writers having her do this insults the character. And Alexis has nothing better to do? She is smart and ambitious and all of a sudden she is content following her dad around? Ok. The characters seem stuck. There are so many fun ideas for season 8 – but the writers seem to be getting way off track. The characters deserve way better than this. It’s my favorite show. The
actors are so talented. I really hope it improves. And soon!

I also see a problem with sites like this putting together a collage of Castle and Beckett moments in a disjointed and depressing season caused by the writers.
