Would you like to be up? The Last Ship star Eric Dane has his secret and the result is excellent! He is handsome and healthy. Today, our quote of the day is by Eric Dane. Listen to him and his advice!
“Going to the gym and looking for a specific result is a short-lived existence, as opposed to going to the gym and adopting it as a lifestyle. Develop a routine, because it’s much harder to break it if you have one. If you have no routine, you have nothing to break, so discipline goes out the window.” Eric Dane.
The Last Ship is a post-apocalyptic drama TV show, based on the 1988 book of the same name by William Brinkley. In May 2013, the cable network TNT placed a 10-episode order for the series. It was a success and it was renewed for a 13-episode second season. On August 12, 2015, Eric Dane announced that The Last Ship was renewed for a 13-episode third season, slated to premiere in the summer (June/July) of 2016. Great!
“Television is a lot of fun. It’s faster-paced. The schedule is really desirable, I guess. But as far as films go, and I’ve only done a couple; film is like a definitive beginning, middle and end. You know your character’s arch.” Eric Dane.
In The Last Ship Eric Dane plays the role as Commander Tom Chandler, Commanding Officer of the USS Nathan James (DDG-151).
The series is produced by Platinum Dunes, with Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, Andrew Form, Steinberg, and Kane serving as executive producers. Steinberg also serves as the day-to-day showrunner.
“Some of the greatest actors on the planet are the most insecure people. Now I don’t know if that insecurity necessarily equates to a lack of confidence. Some people are just very shy individuals. You give them a character to play and a script, and you put them in front of a camera or on a stage, and they just go.” Eric Dane.
