Today, August 23, 2015, is the premiere of Fear the Walking Dead, a spin-off and a prequel series to the world famous horror drama TV show The Walking Dead. Season 1 will consist of six episodes, and season 2 received an extended order of fifteen episodes to air in 2016.
It stars Kim Dickens as Madison Clark; Cliff Curtis as Travis Manawa; Alycia Debnam-Carey as Alicia Clark; and Frank Dillane as Nick Clark, Madison’s son who has flunked out of college and is battling a drug problem. Take a first look at Dillane as Nick Clark!

Young actor Frank Dillane was born on 21 April 1991 in London, but he spent part of his childhood in Brixton before moving to Forest Row, East Sussex, where he grew up in a creative atmosphere. His parents were actors and his mother, Naomi Wirthner, manages a theatre company called Barebones Project.
When he was six, Dillane made his film debut as an extra in Welcome to Sarajevo by by Michael Winterbottom. Afterwards, he was chosen to play Tom Riddle (a teenage Lord Voldemort) in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
He graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London (RADA). It is one of the oldest drama schools in the United Kingdom, founded in 1904.
Dillane filmed In The Heart Of The Sea directed by Ron Howard. He plays as young sailor Owen Coffin.
He has also been cast in an adaptation of Peter Goldsworthy’s best-selling novel Maestro. He will play the lead character (Paul). The movie will be directed by Catherine Jarvis.
