American actor Mark Ruffalo has a busy year. Last May, he returned to his work as Bruce Banner and the Hulk in the smash hit sequel ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron.’

‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ by Joss Whedon is a 2015 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers. It is the sequel to 2012’s The Avengers and the eleventh installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). But in ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron,’ the Avengers must work together to defeat Ultron, a mechanical artificial intelligence bent on human extinction.

Upon its release, the film received positive reviews and has grossed over $1.3 billion worldwide, making it the third-highest-grossing film of 2015 and the sixth-highest-grossing film of all time.

Now, Mark Ruffalo returns to screens for the highly personal character ‘Infinitely Polar Bear,’ currently playing in select cinemas.

‘Infinitely Polar Bear’ by Emmy nominee Maya Forbes focus on a husband and father (Mark Ruffalo) dealing with bipolar disorder and taking care his two young daughters when his wife (played by Zoe Saldana) leaves their Cambridge, Massachusetts, home to attend Columbia University. Of course, they don’t make the overwhelming task any easier.

The film has played at several film festivals including the Deauville American Film Festival, the Toronto International Film Festival, and the Vancouver International Film Festival. It has a score of 65% on Metacritic.

Other Mark Ruffalo films include You Can Count on Me (2000), Collateral (2004), 13 Going on 30 (2004), Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004), Just Like Heaven (2005), Zodiac (2007), Shutter Island (2010), Now You See Me (2013), and Begin Again (2013).

Among other awards, Mark Ruffalo received Academy Award nominations for Best Supporting Actor twice.
