Beauty & the Beast focus on the beautiful Catherine Chandler (Kristin Kreuk) and her problems with Muirfield, the secret government organization which turns soldiers into mysterious humanoid Beasts. Precisely one of them, Vincent Keller (Jay Ryan) is the love of her life. Together, they are fighting against Muirfield while trying to keep their love alive. Thrilling!
On season 3, they are living together as a normal couple and their problems and misunderstandings are interesting but extremely amusing too. On the last episode, ‘Heart of the Matter,’ Vincent and Cat visit a marriage counselor. They’ve been combative ever since they got engaged, and now, they’re seeing a marriage counselor after a particularly fight. The situation was really funny. Who can explain the problems of a ‘beast’?
Of course, their friends J.T. and Tess contribute to comic situations. What a great actor is Austin Basis!
I like this change in the series. Season 1 and 2 focus on the experiments on innocents by Muirfield. Now, it’s good to open a new storyline. If they will keep on resolving mysterious cases and nothing new happens, we could end up bored. Now the opposite is true. Beauty & the Beast Season 3 is better than ever!
