The Walking Dead Season 5. If You Dislike Zombies, You Are Out. Why?
The Walking Dead Season 5. The Walking Dead is the most-watched drama series telecast in cable history. And absolutely success! On October 7, 2014, AMC renewed the show for a sixth season. In addition, AMC has ordered a companion series, Fear the Walking Dead, to debut in summer 2015.
However, opinions are divided. Some people love the show but others do not understand how it can be so successful. Once and again, I hear: ‘I cannot make fun of zombies.’ They don’t have memories or feelings, you cannot reason with them, they are neither good nor bad, they are just a disgusting mass of flesh running senselessly.
Some people prefer vampires or demons. For them, they represent evil and zombies just stupidity.
But in my opinion, if you dislike zombies you are out, because you don’t understand the current way of life and way of thinking.
Our society produces a zombie every minute. We feel stressed, tired, empty… Many days we live only to eat and run. We sympathize with zombies and we aren’t even sure they are villains. In fact, they could be us or our exhausted neighbors.
Of course, you may feel like a gentleman of the 19th century. Time to read, to enjoy the club, to speak about honor… Or you may feel like a mother in the 20’s, playing with your numerous children and learning delicious recipes… You can be an old-fashioned person, you can be out!
But most of us appreciate zombies because they don’t obey rules and they don’t adapt to this disappointed society. They are rebels and to be rebel is trend.
“That’s the thing about zombies. They don’t adapt and they don’t think. Literally, you could have a zombie on one side of a chain link fence and you could be on the other side and they could be trying to get to you and six feet down could be an open door and they will not go through that door in the fence. That’s why they’re so scary.” Max Brooks.
