Game Of Thrones Season 5. The prettiest girl is Melisandre, the sorceress played by actress Carice van Houten. Why?
Game of Thrones Season 5 has started, and we have met our old friends. Handsome warriors, brave characters, bold children, perfidious women, wonderful dragons… Fantasy! But fantasy is nothing without a pretty innocent princess (this is Sansa Stark) and a desirable sorceress born from an eternal fire: Melisandre.
Melisandre is unknown. She appeases the wrath of Stannis Baratheon but is ambitious and cruel. She loves beauty but destroys cities and castles. She has compassion on Shireen but sends men burned alive. Who is Melisandre? Nobody knows a demon but one thing is sure, she is the prettiest woman you have ever seen, worthy of the Thousand and One Nights, worthy to reign over the gods of hell.
Actress Carice van Houten plays the role as Melisandre. In Game of Thrones Season 5, Melisandre is still more beautiful than in other seasons. Her skin is still more brilliant and her hair darker, like a sunset. Don’t you love her? Maybe she is not your favorite character, but you must recognize the elegance and sex appeal of the actress.
Carice Anouk van Houten is a Dutch actress and singer. She is best known for her role in Black Book (2006), the most commercially successful Dutch film to date, and internationally, she is also known for her works in films like Valkyrie (2008), Repo Men (2010), Black Death (2010).
“Playing evil is just not interesting. I don’t think anyone who does evil stuff thinks they’re doing evil stuff. That’s the scary part.” Carice van Houten.
Scary? Yes, we feel fear in front of the beautiful Melisandre, looking at her sophisticated face and perfect body. A demon with tails and horns is laughable, but a beautiful demon terrorizing us.
Is Melisandre reincarnation of the devil? Probably, but what is heaven without hell? We need Melisandre to understand the ideals of justice of other characters. She is one of the most important character on Game of Thrones Season 5.
