Obesity. Today, the best advice to lose weight safely on Yareah Magazine.

Educate your child from an early age to learn healthy habits.

Obesity is a medical condition. The excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it might have a bad effect on health, leading to reduced life expectancy and/or increased health problems. In Western countries, especially in America, is one of the biggest problems.

People are considered obese when their body mass index (BMI), a measurement obtained by dividing the person weight by the square of the person height, exceeds 30 kg/m2.

“This is what people don’t understand: obesity is a symptom of poverty. It’s not a lifestyle choice where people are just eating and not exercising. It’s because kids – and this is the problem with school lunch right now – are getting sugar, fat, empty calories – lots of calories – but no nutrition.” Tom Colicchio.

How to prevent obesity?

“Prevention is better than cure.” It’s not so hard to lead a healthy life. Listen these simple tips and improve your quality of life from now. You’ll feel much better and are very simple.

Above all, avoid a sedentary lifestyle! Try not to drive at all sites! Difficult? Then, set a goal to walk every day at least one hour, even around your garden.

Furthermore, drink two liters of water a day. Two glasses any more get up and fasting.

Include fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Finally and of course, consult your doctor.
