TotalMobile: Shortlisted for Best Innovation for Health and Best SME Mobile Health App

London, UK – February 16th, 2014 – TotalMobile™ has been shortlisted for two prestigious awards – ‘Best Mobile Innovation for Health’ with TotalMobile for Healthcare Professionals in the 2015 Global Mobile Awards and techUK ‘Best Mobile Health App’, a national competition to support the mobile health-app community in the UK – to be announced at Mobile World Congress (2nd – 5th March 2015).

“We are delighted to have been shortlisted for both these awards from very strong fields in the healthcare technology industry and to be recognised for our technological developments,” said Colin Reid, Chief Executive, TotalMobile. “The many benefits of our innovative solution have empowered the provision of a higher standard of care within the healthcare industry, enabling each healthcare professional to spend an additional 2 hours with patients ever day”.

The world renowned 2015 Global Mobile Awards recognise excellence and achievement across the mobile world. This year’s awards again reflect the most topical areas of mobile development, showcasing the ever growing value that mobility brings to users, industries, businesses, communities and economies. The awards will be announced at an awards ceremony on Tuesday 3rd March 2015.

TotalMobile’s shortlisted entry, TotalMobile for Healthcare Professionals, is a workforce and workflow solution designed to empower healthcare professionals and enable them to revolutionise service delivery. By focusing on the needs of the mobile worker, healthcare professionals receive all the information they require, via an easy to use app, on the device of their choice. The solution allows users to access and record all relevant clinical information at the point of patient care, which updates records in real time. All this is provided via an intuitive, native app that requires minimal training and continues to work when in areas of no connectivity.

TotalMobile has also been shortlisted for Trade Association techUK ‘Best Mobile Health App’ and as one of four finalists in its category has been asked to pitch its technology at Mobile World Congress 2015 to select the final winner.

TotalMobile’s solution is available on all major operating systems (iOS, Android and Windows). This allows the customer to choose the type of device that best suits their requirements. The easy to use solution provides the user with a consumer grade experience which looks, feels and has the same intuition expected from an app on the chosen device.
