The Vampire Diaries Season 6. Tonight episode of The Vampire Diaries will be the last for actor Steven R. McQueen (#PickMeTVD & #ByeJerBear). We’ll miss him! A great actor and nice personality. Today, ten things about Steven R. McQueen.

1.- Steven R. McQueen was born on July 13, 1988 in Los Angeles, California.

2.- His paternal grandparents were actorSteve McQueen and Filipina actress Neile Adams.

3.- His name is Steven Chadwick McQueen but he uses professionally the name Steven R. McQueen. The ‘R’ referring to his step-fathers surname of Robitaille.

4.- He has different hobbies: “I go to the gym, do some martial arts, and I love poetry. I have a tattoo of my family crest, and another on my back that says ‘The Road Not Taken,’ which is a poem by Robert Frost.”

5.- He currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia, and has been dating The Vampire Diaries former production assistance turned actress Hillary Harley since 2011.

“I’ve always been attracted to the ‘don’t follow the rules’ type of girl, the rocker girl. I’ve always been attracted to somebody who you can lose yourself in the moment with. You can hang out with her, and it’s like you’re the only two people in the room.”

6.- In 2005, McQueen made his acting debut appearing in an episode of the short lived Sci-Fi CBS TV show Threshold.

7.- He has also appeared in Everwood, Without a Trace, CSI: Miami and Numb3rs.

8.- In January 2008 he played the villainous role of Derek Beauguard on the Disney Channel Original Movie Minutemen, which was his first film role.

9.- In February 2009, he was cast as the role of the rebellious Jeremy Gilbert on The CW supernatural drama television series The Vampire Diaries.

10.- He also starred as the protagonist of the 3D horror comedy film Piranha 3D.
