Jamie’s Italian, Hong Kong’s favourite neighbourhood Italian restaurant, is inviting diners to treat their nearest and dearest this Valentine’s day to a special meal. Taking place on Saturday, 14th February, Jamie’s Italian will turn on the romantic charm with a special set menu designed to wow your date including delicious sharing plates and a selection of mouth-watering desserts.
Featuring a three-course set menu priced at HK$388 per person, the Valentine’s menu kicks off with a romantic complimentary glass of Rossini to treat the ladies followed by Antipasti Planks of cured artisan meats with award-winning cheese and a selection of chargrilled and marinated grilled vegetables, olives, pickles and homemade focaccia for couples to share.
Guaranteed to impress, the menu includes a choice of four stunning mains with Chicken Al Mattone, free range marinated chicken, chargrilled to perfection with a rich wild mushroom sauce , rocket salad, served on a crostini and finished off with parmesan; 8oz Rib Eye Steak, dry-aged steak served with proper hand-cut and triple-cooked chips and lemon roasted portobello mushrooms as well as the highlight of the romantic menu and a decadent treat, Lobster Al Forno, half a marinated and roasted lobster with silky parmesan sauce and spaghetti pomodoro. Vegetarians and pasta lovers can enjoy the Wild Mushroom Tortellini, fresh pasta parcels filled with porcini and brown caps, chilli, thyme, ricotta and Parmesan with a drizzle of white truffle oil.
After mains, guests can relax, enjoy and reminisce before tucking into a decadent sweet feast to round off the romantic meal. The Indulgent Dessert Plank includes Gennaro’s Tiramisù, creamy Panna Cotta, Epic Brownie and Eat & Mess to share.
