Grano Italiano, the one of a kind truly Italian “pizza tailor” in Hong Kong opens its second store at China Hong Kong City, Tsim Sha Tsui. In celebration of the rapid expansion to its second site, the pizza concept store brings customers a new range of premium quality ingredients from Italy to heighten the best-in-town pizza experience, alongside a variety of new traditional Italian delicacies, including Focaccia handmade by Italian chefs, as well as pasta lovers’ all-time-favourite lasagna, and Grano Italiano’s sweet surprise exclusively for its fans – soft gelato.

The newly added delicious Focaccia are handmade by experienced chefs using authentic techniques from Italy, each one freshly-baked on-site. Another traditional delight is the Grano Italiano lasagna, a classic pasta dish that serves nicely alongside of Grano Italiano’s wide assortment of pizza favorites. Between the perfectly cooked layers of pasta is a juicy traditional meat sauce, all prepared based on a traditional recipe. This dedicated dish, served fast will be a delight for customers who prefer a hot and saucy option for lunch and dinner.

Accompanying these mouthwatering items is Grano Italiano’s new summer favourite –soft gelato, a creamy yet lighter-than-air classic Italian summer treat, exclusively available at the pizza tailor, created by PreGel, a world renown artisan gelato maker founded in Italy half a century ago.

In addition to the new mouth-watering lineup, a dedication to pizza remains at the heart of Grano Italiano. Truly Italian down to the crust, Grano Italiano uses only premium Italian grains and the richest and cleanest water from the Italian Alps to make the perfect pizza dough. At 13 inches, albeit one size for all, every pizza is unique – customers can now choose any toppings from the two ingredient selections featuring 35 options handpicked by Grano Italiano. The Classic Toppings selection (HK$118 per pizza) includes delectable Italian ingredients such as Spicy Salami, Fresh Jalapeno, Italian Salami, Grilled Eggplant and fresh vegetables and cheeses. Those who prefer an indulgent treat can choose from the Premium Toppings selection (HK$148 per pizza) – including Truffle Cream Sauce, Fresh Pork Sausages, Italian Pancetta, Speck Ham and a range of supreme-quality cheeses such as Gorgonzola, Smoked Provola and Pecorino Romano. Following the customer’s bespoke choices, Grano Italiano’s pizza master will then bring the creation to life in five minutes, for the customer to enjoy at their leisure at the casual eatery – at the new outdoor seating at the China Hong Kong City store, on the run, or back at the office.
