This is perhaps the easiest and healthiest way to cook eggs. They are prepared without any fat and the result is… yummy!

Ingredients:

● 4 eggs.
● Salt to taste.
● Olive oil.
● Lemon.

Preparation:

Heat a pan with water.

When the water starts boiling, add the eggs, being careful not to break them, and cook for 4 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and refresh with cold water.

Arrange the eggs in an egg carton and carefully break the top.

Add a few drops of olive oil and lemon and serve immediately with some bread.

● Some diced ham.
● Olive oil.

Preparation:

Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan, and fry the diced ham.

Add the beaten eggs and paddling until set.

Serve hot with a few slices of toast.
