As you know, Peter Dinklage is Tyrion Lannister in Game of Thrones. Our hero of heroes, the bravest character of the TV series, the smartest too. Now, in X-Men: Days of Future Past movie, Peter Dinklage plays fantastic… of course!
American actor Peter Dinklage is always a surprise, since his breakout role in The Station Agent (2003). Some of his top roles include: The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (2008), A Little Bit of Heaven (2011), Ice Age: Continental Drift (2012), and Knights of Badassdom (2013). Always great!
In X-Men: Days of Future Past, a 2014 movie directed by Bryan Singer, Peter Dinklage is Dr. Bolivar Trask, the anthropologist who saw the rise of mutants as a threat to humanity. With a new look (glasses and moustache), he is superb, mixing fun and jealousy. You need to see the movie! I don’t want to be a spoiler.
**Remember that X-Men Days of Future Past entered production in April 2013 in Montreal, Canada. The film premiered in New York on May 10, 2014. It was officially released on May 23, 2014 receiving positive reviews. A sequel, X-Men: Apocalypse, is scheduled for release on May 27, 2016.
Enjoy your day, Yareah friends. Art is everywhere and up to you!
X-Men: Days of Future Past critics:
“Much of this takes place in the early 1970s, which gives the filmmakers an excuse to haul out lots of vintage kitsch and make some rather tasteless references to the Vietnam war.” Chicago Reader.
“The cast is the best imaginable for this sort of thing.” East Bay Express.
“The most astoundingly okay movie so far this year – which is apparently all it takes to earn high praise these days.” Cinefantastique.
“Wonder of wonders, it has what too many blockbusters lack: villains with motivations beyond “world domination.” Seven Days.
