Gastronomy May 2014. Sweden, Denmark and Norway win prizes Bocuse d’Or 2014 in Europe.
The Swedish Tommy Millymaki won the gold medal in Stockholm of the Bocuse d’Or Europe, the Danish Kenneth Hansen took the silver and the Norwayan Orjan Johannessen was bronze in the continental competition. Other nine countries were classified for the world final.
The Swedish chef is one of the favorites for the World Final of these gastronomic Olympics to be held in January 2015 in Lyon (France). Remember that he got the Silver Bocuse 2011.
The ceremony was experienced as a real party in the crowded fairgrounds pavilion at Stockholm.
The gala was chaired by Prince Carl Philip of Sweden and attended by Jerome Bocuse, son of the founder of the award, Paul Bocuse, who could not attend for health problems suffered.
Besides choosing the twelve ranked countries, they decided to give to France the award for best fish dish, to Finland the award for meat and to Russia for the best “commis” (assistant chef), an award that seeks to recognize young talent and invest in the future kitchen.
Delicious!!!! Don’t you think so?
Enjoy your day, Yareah friends. Art is everywhere and up to you!
