Gardening. Spring has returned and our balconies and gardens are blossoming. Cold streets and gray skies are only an old memory. Now, it’s time to enjoy free air and improve our life style. New projects? Why not? We feel active and happy.

Gardening is a wonderful hobby. Of course, we can practice it the whole year, but if we want to learn about flowers, plants and trees, spring is the best moment. Good results will come soon and they will motivate you to follow this nice ancient hobby.

Having a hobby is really healthy, whatever hobby, but gardening has some specific good points:

We are living in an abstract virtual world. Most of us work with computers and data. Then, to practice something tangible is absolutely necessary.

Nature is relaxing. Bring nature to home! Take care of your garden and fill your balconies or windows with flowers. It depends on your space, be creative!

Gardening relaxes your mind. While you are occupied taking care of your green or plants, you forget your daily problems.

Don’t forget that stress is really bad for health. Your body defenses down when you are worried or nervous, and you can end up sick. Then, try to relax! Listen to some favorite music, pour yourself a drink, grab your gardening tools and spend a few hours with your flowers.

Health and beauty are in relation. Beauty cannot exist if you are sick. Any makeup cannot cover fever signs.

Furthermore, we are ‘social animals’ and we need to meet people. Whatever activity will help you. You need a topic to be talkative and your topic can be gardening. It will be easier to share ideas with neighbors, joining a club, a competition…

Other fantastic hobbies are in relation with gardening: cooking, medicine, decoration…

Definitively, happiness is contagious. If you are happy, your couple, family and friends will thank you!

Enjoy your day, Yareah friends. Art is everywhere and up to you!
