Save the planet. Buy an acre in the rainforest! Make a difference!

Save the Planet! The rainforests are the oldest and most complex ecosystems in the world. Half of our wildlife and a third of our plants and flowers lives in the rainforests. Buy a little part of it. Save the rainforest!

Furthermore, rainforests are essential to balance the world weather and to stop soil destruction.

Numerous indigenous cultures still live in rainforests and they are an important source of medical plants and surveys.

However, trees are crazily cut every year. Industries, mines, plantations, oil exploration… are destroying them quickly.

Save rainforests for earth children and their future!

The Save-an-Acre Program is an important way concerned individuals or groups are making a difference. For only $50, you can save one acre of rainforest. Your contribution will fund land acquisition, legal fees and security costs to ensure that the saved acres will be protected as part of a designated land preserve.

Make a difference!

To commemorate your saved acre, you will receive a certificate documenting the number of acres you helped to protect.

Visit the lands you save or give them to others as holiday or birthday gifts, graduation presents and memorials.

About Tropical Rainforest Coalition:

TRC is Making a Difference

Tropical Rainforest Coalition (TRC) believes that individuals can make a difference. Looking back, we can say we have. Established in 1991 during World Rainforest Week, TRC is an all-volunteer, 501c3 non-profit organization that has made a significant impact on the preservation of rainforests and indigenous people. TRC builds coalitions between individuals, corporations, businesses, learning institutions and non-governmental organizations seeking to reverse the unsustainable use of the rainforests.
