New Béarnaise Sauce from Le Mesurier

New Le Mesurier Béarnaise Sauce is a deliciously authentic, chef-quality sauce that spares home cooks the hassle of all the straining, whisking and chopping required to create this French classic.

Award-winning British condiment expert Patrick Le Mesurier has used his chef’s knowhow to create a sumptuously rich sauce that tastes every bit as good as homemade, yet can be served straight from the jar or gently warmed.

Béarnaise is one of the classic sauces in French haute cuisine and to make it properly in a bain-marie can be time-consuming and tricky. Le Mesurier has taken the traditional ingredients and developed a recipe that captures the zesty flavours of tarragon and chervil while retaining the vibrancy of a freshly-prepared sauce.

Le Mesurier Béarnaise Sauce is fabulous with meat – especially steak. For barbecue brilliance, try it on a burger as a tangy change from mayonnaise!
