Happy Mothering Sunday! Primavera at Cambridge UK (10 King’s Parade & 13 Magdalene Street) if full of new ideas!

“Mama was my greatest teacher, a teacher of compassion, love and fearlessness. If love is sweet as a flower, then my mother is that sweet flower of love.” Stevie Wonder.

Thinking of last minute ideas for Mothering Sunday? Primavera has many beautiful and unique gifts to treat your Mum, including colourful glass scent bottles by James Carcass and Tim Casey (£35-£55) and animal designed domestic pottery by Colin Kellam (£24- £60)

Last week Primavera received new hand turned and carved wooden chairs by Simon Lilley (as pictured below). They are artistic as well as comfortable and there are adult chairs (priced at £295 each) and mini ones for children too (£145 each).

As always they have an abundance of beautiful jewellery to choose from including the Cambridge Jewellers Guild exhibition in their downstairs gallery which is ongoing. Emma Turpin recently brought in some new work, more of her fascinating swivelling flowery designs (as pictured below).

Visit their brand new displays on the first floor. It’s worth!

Happy Mothering Sunday!

“The natural state of motherhood is unselfishness. When you become a mother, you are no longer the center of your own universe. You relinquish that position to your children.” Jessica Lange.
