With spring underway, the notion getting out and walking in the city again is back in everyone’s mind. The Whitney Biennial is underway and is a must-see. While you’re there, be sure to check out Peter Schuyff. Here’s a work of his from 1983 (price upon request).

Following the preview of the new work at the Metro Show, painters Thom Merrick and Kathryn Lynch are committed to looking at and working with nature. Here is Lynch’s Big Yellow Flower, ($22,000.00).
Equally compelling is this new casting from Jane Rosen’s 2007 installation of Hooves. White Kite (2013) is a very recent limited edition print priced at $5,000.00. It is another work that explores the artist’s on-going fascination with birds and wildlife.
