Mark Owen was born in Oldham, Lancashire, England, on 27 January 1972.
He studied at the Holy Rosary Primary and St Augustine’s Catholic School in Oldham.
As a child, he loves football and he played for Chadderton F.C. but damaged his groin and left sports.
Curiously, Mark Owen showed no interest in music at school.
In 1989, he joint Pop Band Take That: Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange, Mark Owen and Robbie Williams. Barlow acts as the leader.
