Princess Letizia bears the official titles of Princess of Asturias, Princess of Gerona, Princess of Viana, Duchess of Montblanc, Countess of Cervera and Lady of Balaguer. Woow! Do you imagine her titles when she were Queen?

She is working class and her grandfather was a cab driver.

Although she is from Oviedo (Spain), she has French ancestries.

Before her marriage to the Prince Felipe of Spain, she was a celebrated journalist and news anchor.

Previously, she married Alonso Guerrero Pérez (a teacher) in 1998 and they divorced in 1999. No children. Currently, he is married to María del Carmen Astero, another teacher.

On 1 November 2003, the Royal Household of Spain announced Letizia engagement to the Prince of Spain. He had proposed to her with a 16 baguette diamond ring with a white gold trim. Yes… a dream!

The royal wedding was celebrated on 22 May 2004 in the Cathedral Santa María la Real de la Almudena in Madrid.

She has two nice daughters: Leonor and Sofia.

The princess is an active person who supports Spanish designers.

In 2013, Princess Letizia cousin, David Rocasolano, wrote a book: Adiós, Princesa. This book revels important secrets about her life… You know, everybody has an enemy in the family!
