December 3. Today is the International Day of People with Disability. A very important day, although it’s not so famous as other dedicated days.

December 3. Today is the International Day of People with Disability. Wheelchair by George Hodan

Today, Yareah wants to honor people with disabilities. Because they are fighting and making a living in more difficult conditions than other more fortunate people. However, maybe their fortune is in their hearts and strong personalities.

The 3rd December is International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD), a dedicated day to emphasize on the abilities and achievements of men and women (some of them little children) living with disability. Difficult but possible. Specially with our help.

Individuals and different organisations throughout the world are encouraged to celebrate the day and Yareah wants to join them. This year, they celebrate the 21st anniversary of International Day of Persons with disability, we think is a long time and a lot of positive achievements are now realities but we should continue supporting our brothers and friends.

Enjoy your day. Art is everywhere and up to you!

“Obviously, because of my disability, I need assistance. But I have always tried to overcome the limitations of my condition and lead as full a life as possible. I have traveled the world, from the Antarctic to zero gravity.” Stephen Hawking.
