Leading electronic cigarettes company Nicolites has announced Dash Wholesalers and Gold Star Cash and Carry as the latest stockists of its range.
Dash, which is based in the West-Country, and Gold Star, in Middlesex, will stock the entire Nicolites product range including starter kits, disposables, cartomisers and the new e-cigars.
It is the latest in a number of announcements highlighting the success and continued growth of both Nicolites and the electronic cigarette market. In October Nicolites agreed a major deal with Sainsbury’s to stock its products at hundreds of stores across the country.
Based in Birmingham, Nicolites is the UK’s favourite brand of electronic cigarettes stocked by a large number of national retailers including Tesco, ASDA, Superdrug, Co-op, WHSmith’s, Martin McColl’s and over 10,000 independent pharmacies and convenience stories.
E-cigarettes are designed to look and feel like real cigarettes, but are battery-powered products containing liquid nicotine, which is inhaled as a vapour. They contain no tobacco, don’t burn, and don’t expose users to tar and other carcinogens found in normal cigarettes.
Nikhil Nathwani, managing director of Nicolites, said: “The e-cigarette market has grown considerably in the last 12 months with more consumers discovering their benefits every day. This year alone, Nicolites replaced millions of traditional tobacco cigarettes with our own e-cigarettes and these figures are set to rise again in 2014.
“We’re delighted to welcome Dash and Gold Star to the Nicolites family. Their retailer network will continue to strengthen Nicolites’ position in the e-cigarette market ensuring our availability to retailers right across the UK.”
