Silver Screen Summer. Wong Kar wai movies at MFA in Boston: The Grandmaster and Mood for Love. If you have the chance, visit the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
We kick off the last month of summer with a complete feature-film retrospective of celebrated filmmaker Wong Kar-wai that includes an advance screening of his martial arts epic The Grandmaster and the hauntingly romantic In the Mood for Love. Explore the life and groundbreaking work of director, actor, and artist André Gregory in a film The New York Times called “an indelible, gripping documentary.” And Austrian filmmaker Ulrich Seidl paints unflinching portraits of the human condition in his Paradise trilogy, described by Indiewire as “the best movie trilogy to encapsulate epic struggles against evil impulses.”
Have a nice day, Yareah Magazine friends. Art is Everywhere!
