Prawns with orange sauce and brandy. Preparation is really easy, up to everyone and your father will be happy. Choose a beautiful bowl and mix olive oil, garlic, jalapeno and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Then, in a narrow pan with olive oil, combine more jalapeno and garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, orange juice, shallots and brandy. Medium-high heat and cook until mixture is thick and syrupy, 7 to 8 minutes. In this moment, add peeled prawns and cook for 5 minutes. Afterwards, remove from heat but keep prawns warm.
Transfer to another beautiful serving platter and pour your orange sauce in the fridge, the contrast of temperatures suites well to the prawns. Serve immediately with orange wedges.
