Star Wars 7 will be released in Summer 2015. Michael Arndt (Oscar winner for Little Miss Sunshine and author of the libretto of Toy Story 3) is already working on the script.
It’s not a secret that the new film Star Wars 7 will be produced by Disney and directed by J.J. Abrams. However, it’s an open secret that the movie will be starring by Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and… Carrie Fisher (The legendary Princess Leia of our childhood).
Precisely, Carrie Fisher was interviewed by the Calgary Herald during an event held as part of the Calgary Comic Fair and said: “I love that Disney wants me now, because they never wanted me before.”
The actress was joking all of the time: Now, Princess Leia is “an old woman who is in an intergalactic residence.”
Carrie Fisher is 56 years old and she has said that they have sent a trainer to her home to get fit. So, “I’m eating all sweets in advance. When the time of training will come, I will have eaten everything.”
In any case, between jokes, what is clear is that Fisher assumed what appears as an open secret: her return to Star Wars.
Congratulations, Carrie, we miss you!
