Anthony Hopkins protagonist in ‘Hitchcock’ a movie directed by Sacha Gervasi and co-starring by Helen Mirren, Scarlett Johansson and James D’Arcy.
Anthony Hopkins delighted us years ago in his role of Pablo Picasso (Surviving Picasso by James Ivory) or playing Nixon (Nixon by Oliver Stone)… Well, he has delighted us so many times! Now, a new movie ‘Hitchcock’ directed by Sacha Gervasi and co-starring by Helen Mirren (as Alma, Hitchcock wife), Scarlett Johansson (as the actress Janet Leigh) and James D’Arcy (as the fictional killer Anthoy Perkins) promises to be a great success. Not very difficult with this cast! We love all of them!
The movie is based on the book ‘Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho’ by Stephen Rebello and focus on the problems of the filming of Psychosis, maybe the most famous movie of this fantastic British filmmaker, master of masters: Alfred Hitchcock.
Other cast members included Jessica Biel, Danny Huston, Michael Stuhlbarg and Michael Wincott. The film was released in 2012 by Fox Searchlight Pictures.
