Historic anniversary. 27 December 1831. Darwin left Plymouth aboard HMS Beagle
The 27th of December of 1831 Charles Darwin left Plymouth aboard HMS Beagle. The historic expedition to South America became Darwin a famous naturalist.
Darwin was born on the 12th of February of 1809. English naturalist, he established on his book On the Origin of Species (1859) that all species of live have descended over time from common ancestors. His Theory of Evolution is one of the most important events in the 19 century and Darwin has been described as one of the most influential figures in human history.
If you want to know more about the trip, you can take a look to this great -and aseptic- article from Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Darwin… or you can choose a much funnier version of the theory of evolution here: http://www.darwinawards.com/darwin/. Of course, Yareah Magazine recommends the second option.
Have a great day, dear Yareah friends.
