The Hobbit, An Unexpected Journey will be opened in New Zealand this weekend.
The Hobbit, An Unexpected Journey by Peter Jackson opens this Wednesday in New Zealand. For the rest of the world, we must wait until December 2012.
Peter Jackson broke all the records with The Lord of The Rings and now, with The Hobbit he wants to continue his successful career. This time the new is the HFR, a system capable to display 48 shots per second. There are many different opinions of people who saw the trailer and the new system.
The Hobbit, An Unexpected Journey is staring by Andy Serkis (Gollum), Martin Freeman (Bilbo Baggins), Elijah Wood (Frodo Baggins) and Richard Armitage (Thorin Oakenshield) and we must wait for its sequels The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and The Hobbit: There and Back Again until 2013 and 2014.
The opening will take place in Wellington next 28, Wednesday.
The film began its filming in 2011 and it has passed numerous problems of funding, a strike and even a demand by Harper Collins and the heirs of J.R. Tolkien. Those are the problems of a super-production!
We wish luck to Peter Jackson and his Hobbit!
