666 Park Avenue dropped by ABC

666 Park Avenue dropped by ABC

ABC plans to end my favorite series 666 Park Avenue. Again, my tastes don’t match up with the people

666 Park Avenue

I love 666 Park Avenue. Yes, I know it is not Game of Thrones and it has not so many fans but I liked those kind of stories. Today, I woke up with the new that ABC is planning to end 666 Park Avenue and Resort and CBS cancel Partners. Again, it’s a pity!

666 Park Avenue is about a new couple in a new city in a new world of rich and stylized people who can buy a bottle of French wine for 1.000$ and a Ferrari in the same evening. Of course, we are talking about New York City and, of course again, about Manhattan and about people that I will never meet. This new world has also some inconveniences: everyone who lives in ‘The Drake’ has a mysterious story with some kind of supernatural relationship with demonic forces.

The series is based on a novel with the same name written by Gabriella Pierce and the cast is staring by the beauty Rachel Taylor, Dave Annable and Terry O’Quinn as Gavin Doran, the owner of ‘The Drake’ and the supposed main character of the demoniac plot.

At least, let’s hope we can see the end of the plot before, of course, we can watch the expected third season of Game of Thrones.

Have a great day, enjoy T.V., music or, maybe, a good book. It would be great!

of course just as its finally getting interesting. But its their own fault , not enough Vanessa Williams and too much ‘Lost’ Mystery nonsense. People that come for suspense come for suspense , not the elevator trick #54 . Oh well.

Hhehe, maybe you’re right. Thanks for comment, 666Fan

I agree that it’s sad. I liked this show. It had enough mystery and supernatural elements to keep me interested week after week. It also had a great cast. Ah well. Good luck to everyone involved. Thanks for trying.

  • Love the show!!! They always seem to cancel shows I like!

      Lol. Same here

  • oh, good grief! really disappointing to hear about 666 – a show i thought very intriguing and very well done with a great cast – but then, i don’t remember the last time a major network dialed my number to ask my personal opinion about their line-up of shows – however, were they to do so, i would strongly oppose the dropping of 666 – same to be said for partners – a light fun show – and resort – a show more than relevant today – bummmmer to all 3!!!

Lord's Pavilion

As the cricket season draws to a close, Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) can report a surge in popularity for guests seeking a full day of luxury hospitality at Lord’s during a Test Match in 2016. In the Home of Cricket’s most iconic venues – the Captains’ Lounge and Marylebone Suite – hospitality packages which included a hearty breakfast, sumptuous four-course lunch and luxury afternoon tea, sold out quickly for the first three days of the England v Sri Lanka and England v Pakistan Investec Test Matches. Private Boxes with the best views of the action for up to 18 guests also sold out fast for the same days. MCC revealed a sharp increase in revenue for its 2016 Sri Lanka Test Match hospitality packages compared with 2014 when the team last played England at Lord’s. Revenues for hospitality were up by nearly 30% over the same period in 2014 whilst private box sale revenues were up by a healthy 60%. Nick Kenton, MCC Head of Sales, Meetings & Events and Hospitality, said: “2016 has been a fantastic year for enjoying a day of cricket whilst experiencing the very best food, drink and hospitality that Lord’s has to offer. “This year’s sales figures show that hospitality packages at Lord’s were in huge demand and continue to be a key part of the summer sporting calendar.” Lord’s also expects high demand for its new hospitality packages, to be released this autumn for 2017 matches. These include England v South Africa from 6th to 10th July and England v West Indies from 7th to 11th September. Packages for the England v Ireland Royal London One-Day International on 7th May 2017 are also expected to sell out in record time. Details of all hospitality options at Lord’s can be found on its website
