Les Miserables movie. Latest News!
Press and ironic latest news! Les Miserables is, of course, one of the best novels by Victor Hugo. Now, here comes a new film adaptation with Anne Hathaway, High Jackman and Russell Crowe.
But Les Miserables is also a global stage sensation seen by more than 60 million people that you can watch in 42 countries and 21 different languages. Now, if you take a look on the internet, you can find the glorious news that Anne Hathaway has lost 25 pounds to play emaciated Fantine. (And yes, I am being ironic with the adjective ‘glorious’, sorry). We know the media needs to produce news because the news are the essence for the press and press is freedom and we need free press and… yes, this is irony again.
Taking a look at the trailer we can see the movie has another important virtue: they had money to do it. The scenes, at least in the trailer –I haven’t seen the movie, sorry-, are spectacular, plenty of colors and the main actors promise us a great spectacle –and it can be surprising to watch Russell Crowe singing.
(Ah, special note for those people who love to criticize me in their comments. Yesterday we were watching the series Sherlock and I learnt a very nice and appropriate expression for you: Piss off!)
(Second note: I am talking about this film because is actuality, I cannot think this is the best film in the History and, seriously, is it an important fact that Anne Hathaway had lost 25 pounds to play a role? Come on!).
Let’s continue with the ‘ironic way of life’. If you think Anne Hathaway plays an intellectual performance, you can read this because you will find it much more interesting than my words. Ah, and if you consider that this article is too much for your brain, take a look at this. No words! http://www.sodahead.com/
Have you seen that? I don’t know what t.h. Victor Hugo had thought about the last site but…
“It’s better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than open it and remove all doubt”
Well, let’s talk a little about the movie I haven’t seen before: it’s not opened (is it not an irony also? News can be ironic sometimes!). The cast? Okay, here it is: Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried, Eddie Redmayne, Aaron Tveit, Samantha Barks, with Helena Bonham Carter and Sacha Baron Cohen.
Yes, Sasha Baron Cohen! This is one of my favorite actors. I loved The Dictator and Borat. Another appeal of the movie can be watching Amanda Seyfried trying to play Victor Hugo’s words but, of course, I’m not ironic for more (yes, I am still being ironic; I know it and I love it). I don’t say that she is just a blonde girl with a smile, no… I say…
Well, mates, if you haven’t anything to do today I have still a last recommendation. A forum about 9 ironic ways to die. Here is the link: http://www.documentingreality.com/forum/f149/9-odd-ironic-ways-die-73734/
I love serious journalism! Ah, sorry, here it is the trailer: Les Miserables.
