‘Your mother and brother are dead, Alex. We are alone now. Do you understand?’
‘That’s all then, son.’
Ten minutes before Day I. Somewhere in Manhattan
Alex took a last look to the blood. He has to hide it well. ‘The vampires’ was a ironic term that he invented years ago… He was reading about the Merovingian blood and all of those absurd stories. In fact, it was a great idea for misunderstanding the solution of the problem. ‘Blood’ would be then the real ‘solution’ and then he would call ‘vampires’ to the enemies of the solution. It was something complicated but he would be able to hide the solution, at least for enough time to get his goal. He just would need eight days to complete the game, eight days and the solution might be hidden for the ‘vampires’.
He looked to the ‘blood’ for the last time.
It was so nice, so clear, and so stupid.
‘Welcome back, doctor Mirror.’ He finished.
